Our Commitment to Quality (Legal Guarantee)
All MuyÚnicos.com products are covered by the legal guarantee of 6 months for new products, as provided for in the Consumer Defence Act No. 24.240. This guarantee covers any manufacturing defects in materials or design errors that do not match the approved specifications in your order (e.g. wrong text, wrong color, wrong design).
En caso de que reciba un producto con tales defectos, nos comprometemos a rehacer su pedido correctamente y enviárselo sin ningún costo adicional. Para hacer válida la garantía, por favor, póngase en contacto con nosotros siguiendo el proceso detallado en la sección «Cómo Iniciar una Devolución».
Right of Repentance for Non-Customized Physical Products
For all non-custom or pre-designed products (those that are not manufactured according to the particular customer's specifications), you have the right to repentance. In accordance with the legislation in force, it has a period of 10 (10) days, from the date of receipt of the product, to revoke its purchase.
Para ejercer este derecho, debe notificar su decisión a través de nuestro «Botón de Arrepentimiento» o contactándonos directamente. Una vez notificado, deberá poner el producto a nuestra disposición en su estado original, sin uso y en su embalaje. MuyÚnicos.com se hará cargo de los costos de envío de la devolución y procederá al reembolso completo del monto abonado.
Important Derogation: Customized Products and Digital Downloads
In accordance with article 1116 of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation and Act No. 24.240, the Right to Repentance is not applicable in the following cases:
- Products made in accordance with the specifications supplied by the consumer or clearly personalised: This includes all our stickers, labels and other printed products that are created with the texts, images, designs or specifications provided by you.
- Provision of sound or video recordings, disks and software that have been decoded by the consumer, as well as computer files, supplied by electronic means, capable of being downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use: Esto aplica a todos nuestros productos «Imprimibles» o de descarga digital.
The reason for this exception is that these products are created in a unique way for each customer and cannot be resold to third parties. However, the legal guarantee for manufacturing defects remains fully in force for these items.
How to Start a Return (For Manufacturing Deffects)
To start a claim under the Legal Guarantee, please follow these steps:
- Contact: Contact us within 6 months of receiving your product via our email muyunicos @ gmail.com or our WhatsApp number.
- Information: In your message, include your order number and a clear and detailed picture where you can see the defect or error in the product.
- Review: Our team will review your claim within 2 working days.
- Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will start production of your replacement item and inform you about the new delivery deadlines.
Timelines and Reimbursement Methods
Reimbursements are applicable only to returns of non-personalized products under the law of reinstatement.
Once we receive and check the status of the returned product, we will process the full refund. The money shall be credited to the original payment method used in the purchase within 5 to 10 working days.
